Blue Ford sedan with dodgy plates speeding west along Mount Dandenong Road Kilsyth blew past me crashing though red light at the next intersection narrowly missing a turning car. Policer car following couldn't keep up.  Rego passed on from Fly 6CE and Fly 12. Returned plates. Enquiries pending..
