Stop sign means STOP

Pulling ~25mph downhill, saw this driver approaching the stop sign without scrubbing speed. I stopped pedaling and covered my brake and saw she was going to completely blow the sign without looking or slowing.

I glanced over my shoulder to check for cars behind and then turned forwards to see they had come to a complete stop in the bike lane. A "whoops almost killed you waive and shirk" and they were on their way. Never looked left.
