Stop signs on Reynard crossing, upfield bike path

Bit of a long one. Last car goes through probably the fastest but out of 12 cars in 1 and a half minutes maybe one/two stopped, and that is generally because they saw someone coming i.e treating it as a give way. It's an incredibly dangerous spot, that I have witnessed so many close calls and topples from bike riders. You can see halfway in the vid a cyclist pull up from a car going through. This is day one of having my camera.
