Taxi enters cycle box, then cuts in front!

Lights had been red for ages, entitled taxi GV19 WOJ illegally enters cycle box right next to me. When lights change to green, he cuts right across into my lane, I had to brake to avoid a collision. Police response says he was sent a warning letter.
