Truck illegal overtake on right of signalling right-turning vehicle – approaching blind bend

Despite a bicyclist signalling a right hand turn and taking early primary position ready to make a right hand turn, a truck approaching from behind decides to ignore the road rules and the bicyclists safety by performing an illegal overtake of a vehicle turning right, on a blind bend. Fortunately no traffic was coming from the other direction around the corner at the time, otherwise the result could have been a catastrophic head-on collision and/or crushing of the bicyclist.
