Two for the Price of One

Heading north on Conway Road in Crofton as it crosses the Little Patuxent River. Moved over in the lane as the shoulder is very narrow on the bridge and full of debris. Apparently, people have forgotten where the brakes are located - otherwise why would they pass at an unsafe location and in violation of Maryland's 3-foot law.

The van was a Ford Transit van with Maryland plates - 4DB4821
The SUV was a Honda CRV with Maryland plates - 5ED8699.
