I was travelling north on Yates Ford Road and cars were changing lanes to pass (as is the law in Virginia) when a Sliver Subaru Forester decided to pass me within 3 ft. The black car after him was inpatient, but did change lanes to pass, and cause the pickup heading the opposite direction to honk.
