Welcome to the City of Cockbum where drivers are incapable of reading the red turning arrows that allows pedestrians and cyclists a safe crossing. Once again I am offered some lame hand-waving as she chooses to look at the lights only after I make her stop.
Incompetent driving by 1GXX375.
This crossing is a major pedestrian/cycle access way between Hamilton Hill and South Beach.
