What red turning arrow? Part 26

1ECV762 doesn't feel the need to stop for the red turning signal that allows pedestrians and cyclists to safely cross. I guess the flash car makes up for the lack of driving skills.
This intersection is a major pedestrian/bicycle access way between Hamilton Hill and South Beach.
