White line is not a brick wall

Truck passes without moving out to give a gap. This happens far too often on this stretch of road. The bike lane is very narrow and my right shoulder is on the white line. There is often broken glass or tree branches and its sometimes necessary for us to move slighty to avoid. Some drivers dont understand that they need to move out and give us a gap.
