Young knob on an e-bike

Almost got cleaned up by this dickhead on an e-bike that has clearly been chipped. I estimate he was hitting speeds of about 40-50kph.
He was never going to make that corner at that speed and luckily through dumb luck we avoided a collision by the smallest of margins.
Not much point reporting this to the cops. They’ll never find him.
