ACFS truck driver did NOT SEE ME

I had flashing tail lights ON including the Cycliq tail lights ON.
The ACFS Truck driver was obviously not monitoring the road ahead and hence did NOT SEE ME. He then intimidated me by blowing his horn near me 😡.
