Close pass and abuse

A group of four cyclists were riding on Burns St, Saint Andrews and due to the large number of vehicles parked in the emergency lane for the St Andrews Community Market the riders were avoiding the chance of having a vehicle door being opened on them. A vehicle did a close pass and then used the vehicles' horn as he passed the riders. As the driver passed the first rider he verbally abused the rider, moved the vehicle over to the side of the road and slowed down blocking the first rider's passage whilst he verbally abused the rider.
