Imaptient white ute overtakes & turns left

Travelling north along Sudholz Rd riding at about 30kph in the bike lane of a 60kph zone, when the driver of a white Toyota ute registration overtook me & then immediately turned left causing me to abruptly brake. I'm positive this wouldn't have been done if I had been a vehicle. They did have a blinker on, for how long I don't know however that's not the issue I'm raising.
