Riding north on the W River Road when I was alerted to an approaching vehicle by my rear-facing radar. I was as far right as practical, there was no other traffic in the vicinity, so any approaching vehicle could have easily accommodated the state's 3-foot passing law. Instead, the black Toyota van passed within a foot of me while simultaneously honking, making it clear that it was very much intentional.
