There was one courteous driver followed by a second courteous driver, then there was this driver oblivious to the road rules

Three cars approached me from behind, the lead car slowed down and the driver waited tell it was safe to overtake me, giving me plenty of space as did the second driver. The driver of the blue Ford must have clearly seen the two cars in front give me space but made no attempt to do the same. In fact it appeared to me the driver deliberately came as close as they could.
