Very close pass

Going up the hill keeping as close to the edge of the road as was safe to do so due to the low speed and wanting to make room available for passing and regardless of the NEW laws now in place, this driver goes ripping past and if you look carefully you can see the left hand wheel track on the road, which my handlebars would have been on the left hand side of with the car on right which puts in only about 12" (30 cm) away and that is without taking account of the mirror which would have had to be very nearly half that distance and at high speed without any attempt what so ever to pass with any care at all with the speed limit being 100 Kph on that section of road.
